Ballbusting

Ballbusting is a type of BDSM involving the physical (and sometimes psychological) infliction of pain to the male genitalia. In ballbusting scenes, a dominant partner typically squeezes, kicks, punches, or otherwise applies force to the testicles of their submissive partner. This type of pornography is often used as a form of fetishistic humiliation and can involve verbal abuse and physical torture that can range from mild to extreme. Ballbusting may also be part of a larger BDSM scene in which case it involves an agreed upon power exchange between partners.
